Oh, come in

It is an honor to have you. The contents for this blog are from my personal experiences. Sometimes I will write about being bipolar and sometimes I won't.

I have been Bipolar I for 10+years and medicated for over 9. This blog looks into my treatment history, current therapies, my interest, recipes, love, music, and everything in between. I am hoping that those dealing with mental illness will find comfort, friendship, awareness, entertainment, and maybe even a few good answers. Most importantly, I hope those of you out there struggling will realize you are not alone.

Honesty is a Virtue/200th post

Thank you Yaya for this award. I love the picture!
Now I need to share 5 bits of truth with you about myself and pass it on.

I love white chocolate even though it contains no chocolate.

I am a horrible liar....HORRIBLE!

I can't stand coworkers that do not pull their weight at work.

I love cats but am allergic to them.

I can knit and crochet on a basic level. My best friend is a wizard with yarn.

I know quiet a few bloggers who are nothing but honest but I want to hone this down and pick 2. So I pass this Honest Scrap award to .......

Just Be Real because she is honest not only about her illness but her faith to.
The Depressed Reader because he also is honest about all aspects of him self and atheism.

I highly recommend these blogs for anyone needing a good read.

Hey In the Pink, congrats on reaching 200 posts. At my current rate it will take me about another three years to get there. Hopefully by then I can rebrand as "the reader formerly known as depressed"!

Thanks for the award. I will think about it and figure out a couple of people to award it to!
